Lead Production Company

LaPecosa Industry drives the festival's artistic, producing, operational, and strategic development. It leads the overall vision while connecting production, institutional relationships, digital infrastructure, fundraising platforms, and financial oversight.

Daniel Diaza

Daniel leads the artistic vision, overall festival direction, programming, international relations, artistic partnerships, and development of the Sin Fronteras mission. Through LaPecosa Industry, he also leads the festival's overall production.

Monica Piñeros

Producing DirectorMonqui Biznes — Co-Producer

Monica forms part of the artistic and production leadership to develop and execute Sin Fronteras. She co-produces the project and supports production strategy, planning, and implementation.

Daniel Hunt

Executive Producer, Online & Fundraising Platforms LeadLaPecosa Industry

Daniel oversees operational, digital, and financial infrastructure, including the website, production management platforms, fundraising systems, and financial oversight. He brings 20 years of technology and business experience to the project.

Sandra leads project organization and follow-through, including timelines, documentation, budget and materials coordination, the grants calendar, and preparation of funding application packages.

Tessie develops sponsorship, fundraising, and strategic partnership opportunities, cultivates prospective supporters, creates customized proposals, supports donor engagement, and builds long-term relationships aligned with the festival's mission.

Community Engagement & Artist Relations Coordinator

Catalina develops relationships with artists and supports community engagement strategies, strengthening the connection between the festival, participating artists, and the communities it seeks to reach.

Jorge oversees lighting, sound, theatrical technology, and technical coordination across productions, artists, and venues, ensuring the festival's creative vision is supported by a cohesive and feasible production approach.
